2. Overview
This website uses no analytics or tracking services and loads no third-party content when you open it. Only your choice in the consent banner is stored. Fonts are served from our own server. We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate the website or to handle your enquiry.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is operated by an external hosting provider with which a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
When you visit the website, technically necessary data is stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable provision of the website. Log files are deleted after a short time unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.
4. Encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
5. Contact form and email
If you contact us through the contact form, or by email, we process your details (for example name, email address and your message) to handle your enquiry. Form data is transmitted through our web server to our mailbox.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete your data once the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Consent management and cookies
On your first visit we ask whether external content (for example maps) may be loaded. Your choice and its time are stored in a cookie named “cc_cookie” in your browser so that we can respect your decision. The cookie is deleted after six months. No data is transmitted to third parties. Storage is technically necessary (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 7(1) GDPR (proof of consent).
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
