Use cases

What teams use Agorium for

A virtual office pays off wherever people tend to work side by side without really seeing each other. These situations fit especially well.

Four typical situations

A day in the space

What a working day can look like

  1. Arriving in the morning

You open the space in your browser and see who is already there. A wave is enough as a greeting, and whoever feels like it heads to the coffee machine.

  2. Asking along the way

If you have a question, you walk over to the person. If you need quiet, you sit down in the focus room or set your status to Do not disturb.

  3. Talking things through

For a meeting, the team gathers in the conference room. One person shares their screen, and anyone who wants to can record the conversation locally.

To be fair

What Agorium is not (yet)

  • Around eight people work well in one conversation, because everyone sends their video separately to everyone else. Agorium isn't built for larger rounds.
  • Tasks, files and chat are included, but they don't replace a project tool if you need timelines, calendars or tickets.
  • There is no waiting room and no connection to other services so far.

Try it with your team

Create a space and drop the link into your team chat. A few minutes later you are standing in the office together.
